All prices are in Swedish kronor including VAT. Used vehicles may be sold under the margin scheme, in which case VAT is not shown separately.

Items may sell out, and errors may occur. A vehicle is reserved for you only once we confirm the purchase.

Vehicles are collected from us by arrangement. Parts and accessories normally ship within 1–5 working days or can be collected in store.

When you buy at a distance (on this site, by phone or email) you have 14 days to withdraw under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act, counted from the day you received the goods. Goods must be returned in essentially unchanged condition. This does not apply to purchases completed in our store or to services carried out with your consent.

You may complain about faults for up to three years under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act. Contact us as soon as you notice the fault. New vehicles also carry the manufacturer’s warranty.

A test ride needs a valid licence for the vehicle and identification with BankID. The rider must follow traffic rules and pays the excess for damage caused by negligence.

Work is done to the agreed quote or price. Any extra work is approved by you first. Vehicles in winter storage are kept insured and collected by arrangement.

We always try to solve problems with you. Otherwise you can turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), arn.se, or the EU online dispute resolution platform, ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
